We are home with our TREASURES! Thank you so much for your beautiful, impeccable, artistic work in making our third Grotepass Tiffany lamp! It truly surpasses our expectations. It is just incredible!!! We love it!

Now, we are anxious to get it hung in our diningroom. When that is done I will send you a photo.

It was great to see you both yesterday morning on our third trip to Essen. Unfortunately, it will probably be our last, but three lamps is not bad! The whole experience of working with you was wonderful. 
I'm going to miss your Emails and photos on "my" website. I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for a Tiffany lamp!

When I place the Haitian lampshade on it, a tulip pattern, the colouration is perfect.   Just superb.  The fabrication match of the base to the shade is perfect also.  Also superb!

Hope you and your wife are enjoying your summer, and that you are both well. Just wanted to say a quick hello - We still get wonderful compliments on your Magnolia lamp, one of the best (and strangest) was by an expert who called it very "disarming" 
(LOL, because it looked "too" good, ha ha).

Anyway, I'm working on an interesting new photography project, and wanted to ask you: Do you actually make your own glass?
The reason I ask is because I'm looking to find a very particular kind of  individual glass pieces, and they'd probably need to be made from scratch. I can give your more details later.

We just received the Cherry Tree lamp, all in good condition. 
It’s very beautiful! We knew the glass would be stunning from all your pictures, but the reticulated bronze network at the top also surprised us with how substantial and attractive it is. 
We’re setting the lamp up this evening. To reduce the size of the end plug, would it be OK to replace it with one that is a standard 120 V plug that is used here in the US? Is it OK to use a dimmer on the lamp?

Also, what is the best wattage light bulb to use? Special 
Edison-base chroma bulbs are now available to enhance color. 
Are there any of these that you can recommend, or should we just use an all-clear bulb or a soft-white reading bulb only?

The lamp arrived, and it is beautiful! We just got power back yesterday, so we were able to see it lit up. The color variations from the deep blue to maroon and pink, then to green, are extraordinary. 
The jewels are very dramatic. The base is also very impressive.

We have some roof and chimney damage, but otherwise made it through the storm. I have been thinking about another lamp, but will have to wait to save up some money for it. Just for comparison, how much are the 18” Wisteria, the 12-sided Peony, and the Nautilus?

Attached are pics of the Nautilus lit and unlit on my bar. This is the best, most elegant bar lamp. The remarkable thing about the Nautilus is that, even when unlit in the dark, it looks very good. The green glass has a creamy white appearance that really stands out against the bronze lattice. 
Of course, the famous Nautilus geometry is what really makes this lamp special. Thanks for explaining the switch. I thought that maybe continual clockwise turns toggle it on and off, but the switch was so stiff I was worried about breaking it.

Peter, it was the buyer for the museum shop that gave me your name and web page.  I bought one of their Art Deco lamp reproductions and asked her if she knew of anyone that was doing quality work on Tiffany reproductions.  She took me into her office and pulled up your web page and then e-mailed it to me.
